Professional Development

We're here to support your team in working through tricky or challenging situations. We do this through in-person and virtual sessions focusing on the following areas:

  • Building tangible, practical social emotional learning skills

  • Training in pro-active and in the moment strategies for responding to behavior we find challenging

  • Utilizing creative engagement practices to engage all learners

  • Learning how to build rapport with all learners and the importance of boundaries and guidelines

  • Supporting children and youth who experience anxiety

  • Engaging in real-plays with relevant case scenarios

  • Being aware that systems can amplify challenging behavior and guidance around increasing learner voice, choice, and agency
